Wholesale Compliance Overview

LeafTek provides private wholesale access to qualified commercial buyers. Product visibility, requests, confirmations, invoicing, and fulfillment are subject to account review, inventory review, and applicable law.

Hemp-Derived Product Standard

Products presented through LeafTek are intended to be hemp-derived and compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, unless otherwise disclosed.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for determining whether products may be purchased, received, transported, resold, or distributed in their jurisdiction. Laws vary by state and locality and may change without notice.

Restricted Jurisdictions

LeafTek does not knowingly ship products to jurisdictions where those products are restricted or prohibited. Orders may be declined, modified, delayed, or cancelled based on compliance review.

Account and License Review

Access to the private portal may require account review, licensing information, business verification, and other documentation. LeafTek reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access.

Request-Based Ordering

Submitting a request through the portal does not guarantee availability, allocation, shipment, or pricing. All requests are manually reviewed before confirmation and proforma invoice issuance.

Certificates of Analysis

Certificates of Analysis may be made available where applicable. Buyers should review relevant documentation before purchase, resale, or distribution.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping method, carrier, destination, documentation, adult signature requirements, and delivery timing may vary based on product type, buyer account, jurisdiction, and compliance review.
