Age and Eligibility

This site is intended only for users who are at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where access to hemp-derived products is lawful.

B2B / Wholesale Use Only

LeafTek provides private wholesale access for qualified commercial buyers. Portal access, menu visibility, product availability, and order requests are subject to account review and approval.

No Automated Checkout

Submitting a request through the portal does not create a binding purchase order. All requests are subject to manual review, inventory confirmation, substitution review, account terms, and proforma invoice issuance.

Hemp Compliance

Products presented through LeafTek are intended to be hemp-derived and compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, unless otherwise disclosed.

Legal Compliance

Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before purchasing, receiving, reselling, or distributing any product.

Product Information

Product availability, descriptions, pricing behavior, potency information, and related materials may change without notice and are subject to review and confirmation.

No Medical Claims

LeafTek does not make medical claims. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Account Access

LeafTek may approve, suspend, restrict, or revoke portal access at its discretion, including for compliance, account, payment, supply, or operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeafTek is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, portal, or related services.

LeafTek may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or portal after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
